Turned in the United States, by hand from Grade 5 Titanium. Custom etching and anodizing can be added to further personalize it to your liking. 
 
This knob is approximately .625" in diameter, and  .600" inches tall. It has a standard D shape potentiometer interface. 
 
It is verified to fit Keychron keyboards and may fit others as well.
